What materials are your tables made of?
Our tables are made of marble or MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard, a beautiful form of wood)
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Are you nervous about buying a valuable product without being able to physically see it first? What if the dimensions are wrong or the design turns out not to be to your taste?
We have a 30 day return period after delivery for all our products. If for any reason you change your mind about your order, you can easily return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date. Let us know via our contact page.
Standard return charges apply - these vary by country and item. You can always contact us before ordering to find out the exact amount, but these charges are in line with the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund assembly or shipping costs.
It is essential that the item is returned in its original packaging and undamaged where possible.
What are the delivery costs and times?
Available products can be delivered within the Netherlands within 1 week. International deliveries can take 5 to 15 business days, depending on location.
Delivery is free for purchases above €750.
After placing your order and processing the payment, you will receive an email where you can select the next available delivery date.

Do you have a showroom?
Our office is in Haarlem, although we do not have a showroom there yet.

What about samples?
We offer samples, these are delivered free of charge. If you decide to order a Flute Table from us after receiving a sample, the cost of the sample, including shipping, will be refunded.
